As if Othello's disk turns over, the future becomes the past with each tick of the second hand. Between the tremble of the second hand, in a bubble of time that is neither past nor future, I witness a future that has just solidified. Tens of thousands of things could have happened, but only one event became reality to me, and then it became the immutable past.
